Returns/Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your products purchased, you may return any item in its original, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any shipping ad ons and return processing fee ($20)

To initiate your return, you must notify OMORFIE within 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

Please note: OMORFIE do not offer pre-paid return labels, you will be required to arrange postage. It's recommend you share the return tracking number with OMORFIE. 

You will be required to submit images when contacting OMORFIE for exchange/refund, please note: our warehouse take images of all outgoing orders to ensure quality control. 

*Orders placed during sale periods are unable to be returned for refund.

A full refund, excluding any shipping add-ons and return processing fee ($20), will be issued to your original payment method after OMORFIE has received, checked and confirmed your item passes our exchange/return criteria.

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Contact OHQ here and include your Order Number, ensuring that the item(s) are eligible for return. We will respond with details on how to proceed.

Please note your return will go through a product inspection once received at our warehouse and be assessed to see if you qualify for an exchange/refund. ENA Pro Stylers can only be refunded for manufacturing faults, not general wear and tear.

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the original order.

All returned orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item(s) returned less any shipping costs. Online credit notes are valid for 12 months. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

As listed on the warranty/safety card inside your products packaging,

Your OMORFIE Hair Styler is replaceable within three (3) months or repaired within one (1) year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in workmanship and or materials.

This warranty does not apply to OMORFIE Hair Styler’s showing damage/abuse or to parts which our judgement are not defective – nor does this warranty extend to tampered/altered and or repaired other than by OMORFIE and its Manufacture.

This warranty does not cover general use/wear and tear– such as scratches, cord fraying, chips, abrasions, discoloration and fading.Theft and or Loss of product.
