ORDERS
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout. The order confirmation email includes the order number and your ordered products.
Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received before 3 pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Please note, delays may still occur during promotional periods. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the
following Monday.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships from our fulfilment warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate address or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available
items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives.
Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the
indicative time displayed on the product information page, however we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed. OMORFIE are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order unless
otherwise stated.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We make every effort to amend shipping information on orders that have not been processed, however please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
NON DELIVERY
Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a
secure location. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.
SALE PERIOD
Due to the large number of orders received during sale and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public holidays, your order will be processed within 1 business day of the first business day after the public holiday.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Spend $50 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
$50 or less? Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Spend $95 or more and you’ll get free express shipping.
$95 or less? Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.99 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days.
TRACKING?
Once you order is dispatched you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking.
To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.
If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information.
